4d Orientifold Construction

I will review the construction of orientifold string vacua in four dimensions. Some technical details related to consistency conditions shed light on a previously known puzzle, and to a new one, concerning Z_4-type models. Addition of Wilson lines and alternative projections will also be briefly discussed.

The almuerzo-seminario is intended to be an informal seminar and an open forum for discussion.

You are wellcome to bring your own bocata (sandwich), or coffee or tea.
