{"id":8685,"date":"2025-09-04T13:05:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T13:05:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/members.ift.uam-csic.es\/ed\/?p=8685"},"modified":"2025-09-04T13:05:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T13:05:13","slug":"erc-starting-grant-awarded-to-ana-cueto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/members.ift.uam-csic.es\/ed\/2025\/09\/04\/erc-starting-grant-awarded-to-ana-cueto\/","title":{"rendered":"ERC Starting Grant awarded to Ana Cueto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>UAM researcher Ana Cueto has received an ERC Starting Grant for her Plusphoton project, which will explore new Higgs boson production modes.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ana Cueto, a researcher from the Department of Theoretical Physics at UAM, has obtained a prestigious Starting Grant from the European Research Council (ERC) to develop the Plusphoton project: &#8216;Turn the extra light on: enhancing the discovery potential of Higgs production in association with a photon&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This time around, 478 researchers from 51 different countries were chosen to receive one of these grants, totalling \u20ac761 million.
