SUMMARY:Results of the socio-economic survey at IFT
DESCRIPTION:On April 2021 the IFT EDI committee launched an anonymous survey among permanent and non-permanent IFT researchers and PhD students to gauge how inequalities and other factors may affect the chances of reaching a doctorate level. The survey aimed to collect data concerning the cultural and socio-economic background of IFT members and draw an image of the impact of the socio-economic context in attaining the first steps required for a successful career in Academia. \n\n\n\nThe participation rate in the survey reached 54% .
