SUMMARY:1st IFT PhD student/postdoc mentoring event
DESCRIPTION:The 1st IFT PhD student/postdoc mentoring event will take place on Thursday May 18th at 3pm CEST in the Red Room located in the ground floor of the IFT. \n\n\n\nThe main goal of the event is to provide mentoring to IFT PhD students and young postdocs on how to write successful grant/job applications and also to offer career advice. This will be done by providing insights both from senior IFT staff who have served in a plethora of related panels (ERC\, RyC etc)\, but also from more junior (but experienced) IFT staff who are now going through the whole process. \n\n\n\nBelén Gavela\, Luis Ibáñez\, Irene Valenzuela and Yashar Akrami will lead the discussion and answer questions from the audience. \n\n\n\nAfter the event there will be coffee served in the cafeteria.
